- San Mateo County, HCDC recommended a $6.575 million funding award for 555 Kelly.

- City Council adopted Ordinance 2026-01 and approved disbursement of the previously secured $2 million grant.

- City Council introduced Ordinance 2026-01, the 99-year Ground Lease, and the Property Disposition Agreement, and considered a $2 million grant.
