In partnership with ALAS (Ayudando Latinos A Soñar), Mercy Housing California (MHC) is proposing to build approximately 40 apartments of high-quality affordable housing for senior farmworkers. The property at 555 Kelly will also be the future home of the ALAS Farmworker Resource Center, a new community center operated by ALAS. The housing will be owned and managed by Mercy Housing.

STAFFING

Mercy Housing Management Group (MHMG) will be the management agent for the property and is committed to providing quality property management services which reinforce the philosophy that all residents deserve respect, dignity, and a place to call home.

Property Management and Resident Services staffing ratios will be determined as plans are further developed.
COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Mercy Housing is committed to incorporating the local community into the development process through a variety of means, including input from neighbors, neighborhood associations, and local leaders, as well as written and electronic communications.
